First established in April 1977, we have serviced Technical staffing needs of many organisations. We provide computing and high technology / IT staff to business and other organisations. We only supply IT / Engineering related staff - because this is the business we understand.
Consultants at DMS regularly place staff with client organisations throughout the UK and some parts of Europe.
From a much larger number of registered candidates we maintain a current database file of around several thousand potential candidates immediately seeking new opportunities.
Candidates come to us from advertising, via the Internet, or often by referral. We do not solicit previously placed candidates.
We are pleased to admit that most of our business comes from previously satisfied customers and referrals.
We provide a tailored service for recruitment campaigns according to the needs of the client. DMS will forward CVs, after having carried out an initial meeting with candidates whenever possible.
