PHP Developer


Our client is looking to build a team of developers to expand their product range and to keep their web apps online and running smoothly. The client is currently re-platforming our its system into Symfony2. It is re-launching their flagship product and are actively working to ensure stability in its core API and additional products and services as its user base continues to expand. The client is looking for new developers to join the team and help deliver stable, testable products in an agile development environment.

 

Essential Skills

 

· ideally 5+ years commercial development experience, preferably on big projects

· OO PHP

· MySQL and database design

· At least 1 year in an MVC framework

· Version control - (Subversion, Git)

· CSS (Sass)

· JavaScript (jQuery)

· Good communicator

 

 

Desirable Skills

 

· Symfony2

· Capistrano

· PHPunit

· QueryBuilder, Doctrine

· Nix sys admin (ubuntu)

· Agile environment

· Creative thinker
