Desktop Support 
Working for a Centre for Adult learning. You will be supporting technical and non-technical staff.
Skills Knowledge required:
Excellent organisational ability & methodical approach
Excellent communication skills to be able to relay technical information to non-technical people
Ability to learn and understand quickly
Confidence in the administration of the following:
Windows XP, Windows 7
Windows 2003/2008 Server
Windows Phone
Anti Virus and WSUS
Imaging and machine deployment
Good level of knowledge in core Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Any of the following are not prerequisites but useful:
Admin Level experience of the following:
Avaya Phone System
Scripting Experience in Powershell or equivalent
Vsphere 4/5
Citrix Remote Access – Xenapp 4.5 or above
Microsoft Exchange 2007 or above
