Details Highly sucessful IT Services Consultancy requires an in-house based 3rd line Technical support for Immediate Start or available at short notice. You will need: • Extensive knowledge of Citrix troubleshooting issues. • To increase the amount of positive customer feedback by acting as a point of escalation for complex issues on the Technical Support desk and resolving 3rd line incidents. • Ensure faster response times and a reduction in the time taken to resolve open calls, including providing lunchtime, holiday and sickness absence cover to other Technical Support desk colleagues. • To Help to build stronger technical skills within the team by sharing knowledge and skills – both practically and by maintaining the technical knowledge database. • To work with the team to ensure that call times are recorded accurately so as to allow for accurate reporting across the business. • To maintain the excellent reputation of the Technical Support desk team by keeping customers informed at all times and closing calls upon resolution of the incident. Essential skills / experience: • Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure • Citrix • VMware • Net App NetApp • Exchange • McAfee • Symantec Desirable skills: • MCSE / MCITP qualification • Appsense • Marathon • Asigra • Mail Archiving C2C
