C# / VB.Net Developer

Our client, a prestigious International Services Company, seeks a fixed term (minimum 12 months) Software Developer for ongoing and new projects.


Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Software solutions this will be a varied role both migrating some existing in-house Excel/VBA solutions and developing/supporting a variety of new in-house applications. As such you will be working solely on some projects or as part of a small team on others.


Job Accountabilities

·Support the delivery of the I.T. strategy

·To liaise with and advise internal departments if necessary

·To design and programme specific Company solutions

·To ensure all software solutions are documented and fully supportable

·To work with clients (and others) in the design and development and support of new systems.

·To work with the team to replace existing processes and systems and to enhance existing processes as appropriate.

·Ensure that your software knowledge is continuously updated

·Ensure all systems are backed up in accordance with company procedures
